Express Toner Inc. GUARANTEES its compatible products to be free of defects for a period of 6 months after purchase.

If an Express Toner Inc. compatible product is found to be defective, we will replace the defective compatible cartridge with 2 COMPATILBE CARTRIDGES. 

If a QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN signs off on Company Letterhead stating that an Express Toner Inc. compatible cartridge is found to be the direct result of damage to your equipment Express Toner Inc. will reimburse you for the cost of repair or the replacement of your equipment.

Express Toner Inc. is not responsible for any equipment that has not been serviced and cleaned periodically or for the misuse of products by the customer.

* If a compatible cartridge is returned to Express Toner Inc. and found not to be a manufacturer defect or is empty, the customer will pay for replacement cartridges and the shipping charges! *

One for one exchange only, if cartridge is damaged during shipping.
